Before entering financial services, Steve managed multi-million-dollar budgets and led teams across nine states launching retail products for a major supplier—experience that shaped his leadership style and focus on building a clear vision for success.

Outside of work, Steve is active in his church community, presents children’s sermons, and serves as a Director for the Amery Community Club, helping local businesses connect and grow. He also enjoys golfing and is an avid hockey fan.
